One shot too many 180309. Went out with Py to Kovan to collect M1's pay fm essential :S I was late agn, Lol :P Didnt manage to have the cash on our hands cause miscommunications here & thr. Phoned up several people :S regarding this. Went heartland gt our bubble teas and off to eat at QiJi. Went home during evening. Didnt met up with Lynn to chill. Bet she missed me, Lol. 190309. Went for work, almost late agn :S And guess what? :S :S :S :S :S :S :S :S Every mth, there will be a mystery shopper in our store. Mira told me that they will actuallly target at one lucky person, and see how they actually serve and so on. So for feb, which was last mth. This lucky person was me :S Suayness to the max, but I will have to go through this sooner or later. Lucky thing was my results arent too bad. 84 to a pass, i gt 86. Lol, the mystery shopper will actually record like, when the moment they enter the shop, how long it take us to greet them approach them and so on. Mira got the evaluation by the mystery shopper and let me read through. Lol, salesperson: Yanzhen Description: Chinese, long highlighted hair tied. Hmm, but overall she's satisfied with how i served her. Lol, glad enough. Ohyah Kak was in store today, and she got promoted but she didnt tell us yet then. Mira & I wrote this letter and claimed it was fm Offlice staff, in addition 5 of us fm VVc store shared a cake fm Awfully choco to celebrate her promotion. Lol, so she's gna give all of us a treat tml at Newton :) Meeting dear Lynn tml aft her Bs training. Most prob gna catch a movie cause im really broke :S Then down to Newton for dinner! :) I'h joined Facebook and so lovin'g pet society, esp my dear Rockstar. send me little items as a gift and i'll love you alot :)  xoxo. |
